Tax related information

Based in Arizona we collect and report on sales and tobacco tax to the State of Arizona.

We do not collect taxes for other states, but are are required to report the sales to the particular state.

*NEW TOBACCO TAX INFORMATION*
To our valued customers,

As you might have heard already, Congress and Senate have approved and passed a Federal Tobacco Tax increase.

Listed below you find the new tax tables. These rates are to be effective April 1, 2009.

The increases are quite large, particularly for the loose tobacco buyers. We are anticipating a very large purchasing rush just prior to the effective date, and supplies could be depleted quicker than we can obtain new product.

If you anticipate making orders close to the April 1 date, we urge you to make your orders early, at least a week before, as we might not be able to guaranty supplies for the week immediately prior to April 1, 2009.

We understand that many of you will be quite upset at the huge new tax increase, but we hope you would understand that these new taxes are mandated upon us. Despite the increase, the Make Your Own category will remain very competitive and less expensive than the manufactured cigarettes.

We will strive to continue bringing you the best prices and best service, and we welcome your comments.
